Margaret A. Rowe was born in Melbourne, Australia and spent her childhood living in Sydney and the USA before the family returned to Melbourne where she was privately educated at Korowa Anglican Girls’ School. As a single child, many hours were spent reading and developing a love for literature. After compiling her list of goals in 2003, Margaret rearranged her life to allow her time to resurrect her love for storytelling. She has written and self-published five novels in The Australian Challenge Quilt Series, and is now pleased to present her children’s novel, Prattle House 1415, a time travel adventure all the family will enjoy.
Margaret has several keen interests, including genealogy, patchwork and history, all of which can be found in her novels. She also has a deep love of art, and in continuing to achieve what is on her list of goals, Margaret graduated in 2014 with the Diploma of Textile Art at Box Hill Institute. She now offers her artwork for sale.
